So what is Upcycling?!
UpcycleThat.com defines this way: “The act of taking something no longer in use and giving it a second life and new function. In doing so, the finished product often becomes more practical, valuable and beautiful than what it previously was.”
Contest Rules
- Go to one of Arc of Acadiana’s Resale Stores (locations listed below)
- Shop and pick out an item to upcycle
- Take a picture of the item “before” at our store
- Upcycle your item at home
- Bring your item to one of the Arc of Acadiana Resale stores and take an “after” picture
- Wait for voting!
- Winner* wins an Arc of Acadiana Resale store GIFT CARD!

VOTING ENDS
Winner* is chosen by the largest number of “votes” from August 3-August 6 on the Arc of Acadiana’s Resale Stores FaceBook Page.
