Meet Arc of Acadiana’s Waiver Director, Stephanie LeBlanc!
Arc of Acadiana is proud to spotlight our Supported Living/Waiver Service Director, Stephanie LeBlanc. Stephanie has always had a passion for helping others and 7 years ago, Arc of Acadiana was so very fortunate to have her become a member of our team.
EXPERIENCE AND PASSION
With almost 11 years of experience in serving people with intellectual disabilities, Stephanie’s passion and ideas to grow Arc of Acadiana’s Waiver program has been fueled by her compassion to serve others.
“As Director of Waiver Services for nearly 2 years, I have seen many changes and growth within this program. Seeing the participants active in the community, being able to hold jobs, having their own apartments, and knowing they are being well taken care of is what gets me excited to come to work on a daily basis,” Stephanie proclaims.

Arc of Acadiana’s Waiver program is the largest program having the most staff to care for our clients living in the community.

Stephanie says that she is always ready to conquer anything that comes her way and she wouldn’t be able to do it without her team of DSP’s, Coordinators, QIDP’s, Nurses, Schedulers, Finance Department, Program Manager, as well as team members from other departments who are always willing to come together to help wherever needed.

When Stephanie isn’t working, you’ll find her supporting her children in basketball, baseball, dancing and gymnastics as well as traveling with her family and making as many memories with them as possible.
Stephanie has been married to her husband, Noah LeBlanc for 9 years and is the mother to four wonderful children, Caul (9), Coy (8), Amelia-Kate (6) and Victoria (3).
