Description 

This person will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering multi-line phone system, filing, sorting and distributing mail, maintaining van schedule, running reports as needed, and providing general support as needed.

   

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one-year relevant work experience is required, preferably in a fast-paced work environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
